What a joke, this will end up costing me much more having to scramble last minute so Im not in violation of my lease thats ending. By the way they have already charged me for a move that no one showed up for and the refund will take 5-7 days. I receive a call at 5:45 pm on my move day that they are cancelling the move for today and my only option is another move in 3 days. They didnt care that my lease was up, all items packed and offered no solution other then its not their problem. I call back, am routed around and am told someone from HQ will call me back. Im transferred to someone else who says they are still on their way, it will be another hour not to worry, they will 100% be there. I call back, now I cant reach the move coordinator. I agree to the third person, and two hours now pass. I receive a call from bellhops saying they are running an hour to an hour in a half late, the first move they had was big and could they add another mover to this move for extra money because there movers were already tired. I made an appointment for a move a week ago that was scheduled for today.
